9 c Chex cereal
Peanuts and raisins (optional)
1 c Chocolate chips
1/2 c Peanut butter
1/4 c Margarine
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1-1/2 c Powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Over low heat, melt chips, peanut butter and margarine. Once stirred and smooth, remove from heat, add vanilla. If using peanuts and/or raisins, add them to large bowl of cereal. Pour melted mixture over cereal, evenly coat. Pour cereal mixture into large container with powdered sugar. Seal and shake until all pieces coated. Spread on waxed paper until cool.
