Ingredients:  
2 c Mashed sweet potatoes
1 1/4 c Granulated sugar
2 Eggs
3/4 stick Margarine (6 tbsp) melted
1/2 c Milk
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Topping:
3/4 c Crushed corn flakes
1/2 c Nuts (chopped)
1/2 c Brown sugar
3/4 stick Margarine (6 tbsp)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients and mix well. Pour into an 8"x 8" casserole dish. Bake at 400º for 20 minutes.

For topping: Melt margarine and combine with other topping ingredients. Crumble evenly over potatoes. Return to oven for additional 10 minutes at 400º.

This freezes well and is great with ham or turkey at the holidays.
