1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 lb ground beef
3/4 teaspoon salt
dash of pepper
1 pound can of cut green beans (2 cups)
1 can tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, add meat and seasoning and brown, add drained green beans and soup. Pour into 1/12 qt cassarole dish. Drop potato fluff topper in mounds over meat. Sprinkl with 1/2 cup cheese (sharp cheddar). Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.

Potato Fluff Topper
3 medium white potatoes - cooked
1/4 cup warm milk
1 beaten egg
Mash potatoes while hot, add milk, egg and season to taste.

This is so good on a cold winter's night. I like to make some hot buttery rolls to go with this.
