1 lb. orzo
6 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup toasted pine nuts
1 pkg. crumbled feta cheese
2 chopped green onions
1/2 cup torn basil leaves
1/2 cup chopped sundried tomatoes
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tsp. honey
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook orzo in chicken broth. In bowl, mix orzo with pine nuts, feta, green onions, basil and sundried tomatoes. In separate bowl combine vinegar, honey, lemon juice and olive oil; then pour over pasta and mix well, adding salt and pepper to taste.
