1 gal. dill hamburger slices
4 lbs. sugar
1 med. jar jalapeņos, with liquid
1 cup vinegar

Directions:
Drain pickles well. Heat sugar, peppers, and vinegar until sugar melts. Put pickles back into jar and cover with sugar mixture. Put lid on gal. jar and put into refrigerator. Every day for 10 days, turn jar. Heat liquid and pickles and put in hot jars and seal. If any jar happens not to seal put in hot water bath for 5 min.
