3 – 4 lbs yellow squash
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 large onion chopped
˝ cup milk
Sharp cheddar cheese
Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Slice squash and cook in salted water, just until tender; drain. Sauté onions and add to squash. Blend mushroom soup with ˝ cup milk.

In a buttered casserole (2˝ - 3 quart) put a layer of squash, spoon on soup, then layer of grated or sliced cheese. Repeat layers.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Remove from oven and spread crumbled Ritz crackers over the top. Return to oven for a few minutes.

DON’T BE STINGY WITH THE CHEESE!!!!!
