3- 4 lbs. chicken-- cut up
2 c. flour
2 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. paprika
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/3 c. milk
2 Tblsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
In large resealable plastic bag, combine first 4 ingredients.
In shallow bowl, combine egg, milk, and lemon juice.
Place chicken 1 at a time in flour mixture to coat, then dip into egg mixture and COAT again with flour mixture.
Deep fry or cook in skillet for about 1/2 hour.
