1 lb. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 stick margarine or butter
2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt margarine. Place grated cheese in a medium bowl and pour melted butter over cheese. Add flour, salt, baking powder, paprika and crushed red pepper. Mix well and chill in refrigerator for about 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350º. Remove chilled mixture and turn out onto a lightly floured, flat surface. Roll mixture to 1/4-inch thickness. Using a knife or pastry cutter, cut mixture into 1/4-inch x 5-inch strips. Place strips on a greased baking sheet. Bake in oven until crisp to the touch, but not browned.
