1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
6 T. chilled unsalted butter, cubed
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. old-fashioned oats

FILLING:
3/4 c. sugar
3 T. cornstarch
2 tsp. cinnamon
7 medium apples, peeled, cored, quartered and cut into 1/4-inch thick slices
1/2 c. cranberries
1 T. finely grated orange peel

STREUSEL:
Combine flour, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Using a fork, mash until moist clumps form. Mix in oats. Can be made 1 day ahead, covered and chilled.

FILLING:
Whisk sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon in a large bowl to blend. Mix in apples, cranberries and orange peel and let stand until juices form, stirring occasionally, about 15 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350. Place your dough in a pie plate. Transfer filling into pie crust and sprinkle with streusel, pressing lightly to adhere. Bake until juices are bubbly and thick, about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool and serve.
