4 orange roughy filets, cut in half if large
Milk
1 1/2 c. flour
Johnny's seasoning salt, garlic salt or garlic powder and paprika (or any other dried spices you prefer)
1/2 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Season the flour with all of your spices to taste. Dip the filets in milk and liberally dredge with flour mixture on both sides. Melt the butter (or margarine) in a glass baking dish, put in the filets and bake for 20-25 minutes. Turn filets halway through baking.

For Stacey's lighter version of baked orange roughy, marinate filets for about 2-4 hours in 2 cups orange juice, 1/4 cup olive oil, juice of one lemon, lots of fresh dill and a little sea salt.
