3 lb. Stuffing Mushrooms
1 lb. roll of Jimmy Dean Sausage
8 oz. block of cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Wash mushrooms and carefully remove stems.
2. Fry sausage chopping until very fine and brown.
3. chop raw mushroom stems and add to sausage mixture.
4. Cook until water is fried out.
5. Turn off heat and cut cream cheese into slabs and lay on top.
6. Wait a few minutes to melt and then stir well.
7. Stuff mushrooms.
Bake @ 350º 30-45 min. until golden brown.
