3 cups pear
1 lg. orange
¾ cup drained, crushed pineapple
¼ cup chopped maraschino cherries (375 ml jar makes 3 batches)
¼ cup lemon juice
1 pkg. powdered pectin
5 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pear, orange, pineapple, cherries, lemon juice and pectin in a large
stock pot, until bubbling. Add sugar and stir constantly until rolling
boil. Turn heat off and let settle for a minute. Scoop off foam and ladle
into prepared jars.
Have fun!!

-Buy the pears in advance so that they are ripe for the jam.
-Use a grinder or blender to mush up the pear and orange
