Pork or Chicken breasts
1 cup brown sugar
1 can pineapple tidbits (or real pineapple if you want to slice it yourself!)
cup pineapple juice (or just juice from canned pineapples)
cup BBQ sauce
2 tbsp. soya sauce
cup water

To thicken sauce:
2 tbsp. flour or cornstarch
- cup of water

Cook the pork (or chicken) cubes in a frying pan prior to starting sauce.
Bring to a boil brown sugar, pineapple juice, BBQ sauce, soya sauce and water. In a separate small bowl mix together water and flour/corn starch and add this to sauce while stirring to help thicken.
Add the sauce to the pork (or chicken) cubes. Add in the pineapple. Turn down heat to low and allow sauce to thicken.
Serve over rice. MMMMMM!!!!
