2 eggs
2 c sugar
1 c buttermilk
1 c butter
2 1/2 c cake flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cocoa
1 12 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla
2 oz red food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Bake 350º for 30 minutes.

1. Cream butter & sugar.
2. Add eggs & beat until fluffy.
3. Make a paste of flour and vinegar, add to above mixture.
4. Sift dry ingredients & add alternately with buttermilk.
5. Blend well; add vanilla and cake coloring.
6. Pour into greased and floured pans.
