1 c. sugar
2 tbsp shortening
1 egg
3 banana's mashed
2 c. flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over 350º

1. Cream sugar & shortening; beat egg until light, add to sugar mixture.
2. Add mashed bananas to creamed mixture.
3. Sift flour, salt, soda and baking powder together.
4. Mix quickly into banana mixture. Add nuts
5. Pout into greased and floured loaf pan and bake for 1 hour.
