3 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. diced apples
1 c. chopped pecans

Glaze:
1/3 box powdered sugar
12 stick butter melted
Lemon juice for consistency

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix first 5 ingredients - do not beat.
2. Fold in apples and nuts.
3. Pour into greased and floured 11 x 14 pan.
4. Bake 1 hr at 325º.

Optional: Pour glaze over hot cake.
