1 package yellow cake mix
4 eggs
2 tablespoons oil
2 packages (8 ounce each) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup milk
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 300F.
2. Measure out 1 cup of dry cake mix; set aside.
3. Make crust in a large mixing bowl stirring together
remaining dry cake mix, 1 egg, and oil. It should be crumbly.
Press crust mixture evenly into bottom and of the way up the sides of a greased 13" x9" x2" pan.
4. Blend cream cheese and sugar together, then add 3 eggs and
reserved cake mix; beat 1 minute at medium speed then turn to low speed and gradually add milk, lemon juice, and vanilla and mix until smooth. Pour into crumb crust.
5. Bake at 300: for 45 to 55 minutes, or until center is firm.
6. Cool to room temperature.
7. Spoon your choice of pie filling over cheesecake; cover and
chill 1 hour before serving.
8. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
