Bottom Layer:
1 1/4 cup graham wafer crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour

second layer:
2 cups medium ground coconut
1 tin sweetened condensed milk

icing:
2 cups icing sugar
4 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. juice from maraschino cherries or a bit of red food coloring with 1/3 tsp cherry or almond flavorings

bottom layer:
Combine ingredients together, press quite lightly in 9X9 pan

second layer:
Combine coconut with condensed milk, spread over bottom layer. Bake at 350ºF oven for 20 min or until very light brown begins to show on the edges. Allow to cool before frosting.

Icing:
Beat all together adding a bit more juice if needed to make icing soft enough to spread. Spread over cooled bars.
