1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 whole eggs
1 tsp. soda
3 large ripe bananas (enough for 1 cup puree)
2 cups flour
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar well.
Beat eggs and add to butter mixture.
Mash bananas well and add.
Mix soda with sifted flour, stir into batter. Add nuts and mix well.
Pour into two well greased loaf pans. Bake at 375º for 15 mins., reduce heat to 350º and bake for 45 mins.
Cool a few mins in pan, hen turn out onto rack.
