1 1/2 lb. ground beef (or substitute with ground turkey)
1 onion, chopped
1 pkg. elbow macaroni
1 small jar spaghetti sauce
1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
Lots of shredded Cheddar
Garlic
4 thick slices sourdough bread, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cut sourdough bread, melt butter and garlic, place in pot and stir together. Set aside. Brown hamburger with garlic, onion, and oregano. Boil macaroni and shred the cheese. Mix the meat, spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce and macaroni all together, adding the cheese as you stir. Butter a large casserole dish. Put mixture in dish and top with the bread cubes. Cook for approximately 20-30 min. or so, until bread cubes are browned on top.
