5 lbs. plain flour
3 lbs. Crisco
1 c. white corn syrup
3 c. water
2 T. salt.

Directions:
Directions:
Cut shortening into flour. Add water, salt and syrup and mix well.. Make into equal parts (form into balls and flatten a bit) Wrap each in Saran wrap before putting into a freezer bag. Remove and let thaw as needed.

This is great to make pie crusts ahead to reduce time and mess with only one making. Take one roll out at a time as needed. Great time saver.
