5 or 6 egg's - whipped
1 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c flour or bisquick
1/2 teas. baking powder
salt & pepper

Diced or grated veggies
1 onion
1 c. grated zucchini
cauliflower
broccoli
mushrooms
any kind cooked meat, ham, hamburger , polish sausage, bacon
1 - 1/2 c. grated cheese (reserve some for top)
1/4 c. butter, melted.

Directions:

Mix everything in a big bowl. Apray a 9 x9 glass dish with Pam. The meat ,you can pick what you want or use a little of each. Add to dish. Add reserved cheese to top and butter.
Bake at 350º for 45 min. to an hour. Check to be sure the eggs are done.
