2 smoked dried fish
1 onion
1 cup of flour

Directions:
Directions:
Add 6 cups of water in pot. Cut up the dried fish into pieces & add it to the boiling water. Slice up the onions & add it to the boiling water. Add 3/4 cup of flour and 1 1/4 cup of water, stir it well....do not make a dough!!! Pour your mixture into the pot, stir very well....You can now enjoy this traditional chowder with hot bannock and tea.
