1 pork shoulder
liquid smoke
pork rub
1 bottle barbecue sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cover pork shoulder and rub in liquid smoke generously. Cover in pork rub, rubbing it into the meat. Make sure it is entirely covered. Place Pork Roast in cast iron pan, fat side down. Cover with entire bottle of barbecue sauce. Cover with Cast Iron Lid and cook in oven at 200º for 10 hours. pull apart and serve on sandwiches.
