2 stks. oleo
2 cups sugar
5 eggs
2 cups of flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. (6 oz.) real chocolate chips
2 oz. coconut
4 heaping T. cocoa
1 to 1 1/4 cups of chopped pecans

Directions:

Cream oleo and sugar together, then add eggs one at a time. Next add flour salt and vanilla. Mix together real good and then add cho. chips, coconut, cocoa and pecans

Pour into bundt pan sprayed with (Baker's Joy w/flour). Bake @ 325º for 1 hour and then check it.
Sometimes it takes just a little longer (Do toothpick test to check) Let stand in pan till cool, then flip over onto cake plate.

Note: We usually place a cookie sheet under the bundt pan to give it more thickness and keep the bottom from browning too fast.

Use Nestles semi-sweet toll house morsels or Butterscotch morsels.

Add bananas and pecans and make it a "Banana Nut"
