2 cups self rising flour
1 T garlic powder
1 T seasonal
2 eggs
1/2 cup water
6 pork chops

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together your flour, garlic powder, and seasonal. Mix together your eggs and water in a seperate bowl. Wash your pork chops with cold water. Dip the pork chops into the floor mixture. Then dip into the eggwash, then back into the flour mixture. Do with all pork chops. Then cook and enjoy!!
