1/2 cup strawberries
12 blueberries (optional)
1 4 serving size strawberry jello low calorie sugar free
3/4 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
3 ice cubes
3 c plain fat free yogurt

Directions:
Directions:

1. Divide sliced strawberries (minus 12 slices) into 6 dessert cups. Stir boiling water into jello in a medium bowl for at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Add cold water & ice cubes; stir until ice is completely melted. Remove 3/4 cup of gelatin & pour evenly over strawberries in each cup. Refrigerate 20 minutes or until gelatin is set but not firm.
2. Add yogurt to remaining gelatin. Stir with a wire whisk until well blended. Put in fridge until jello in step #1 has set.
3. Spoon yogurt evenly over gelatin in glasses.
4. Refrigerate 2-3 hours until firm. Top with 2 strawberries & 2 blueberries (optional)
