1 loaf of Texas Toast bread
6 eggs
1 cup half an half
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons of flour

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together eggs, half and half, and vanilla. combine flour and sugar (the sugar granules help keep the flour from making lumps) and add to egg mixture. Pour into a pie plate. Dip bread into mixture turning to coat both sides. Cook on a prepared (oiled) hot griddle until golden brown, flipping once. Serve hot with warm syrup.
