2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 3/4 cups sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp kosher salt ( I used plain old Morton salt)
2 sticks unsalted butter, melted
( I used what I had, salted )
1 cup sour cream
4 eggs
1 Tbs vanilla

Directions:
Preheat 350

Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda & salt.
Separate bowl whisk butter, sour cream, eggs & vanilla
Add butter mixture to flour mixture and beat on low until
combined Scrape down sides of bowl and mix on medium for 30 seconds.

Bake 18 -20 minutes
(Cupcakes may be a little less time)
