3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. diced banana
1 1/2 c chopped nuts
1 1/4 c cooking oil ( vegetable oil like Canola)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a tube pan and set aside. Sift together dry ingredients. Stir in nuts. Add undrained pineapple, cooking oil, eggs, vanilla and bananas. Stir at low speed or with wooden spoon. Pour into greased tube pan and bake for 90 minutes. Cool in pan on rack.
