1 16 oz. can cream-style corn
3/4 c milk
1/2 c cooking oil
1 c corn muffin mix
dash salt
1 c sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Beat all ingredients together, keeping 1/2 cup of cheese for topping. Pour mixture into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese and bake in a 350º oven for 50-60 minutes.
