2 cups Ritz Cracker crumbs
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 clove minced garlic
2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 cup melted margarine
1 chicken, cut up -or- 8 boned breast halves

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cracker crumbs, cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper. Dip chicken in margarine, and roll in crumb mix. Arrange chicken in a shallow roasting pan, skin side up. Pour remaining margarine over pieces and bake, uncovered at 350 for 1 hour. Do not turn chicken over.
