2 Cups butter flavor Crisco
2 Cups sugar
2 Cups Packed Light Brown Sugar
4 Large eggs
1 Tablespoon vanilla
4 Cups flour
5 Cups Quick Oatmeal
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
4 Cups chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together Crisco and sugars by hand with a wooden spoon, or use heavy duty mixer.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
Stir in vanilla.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, oats, salt, baking soda and baking powder.
Gradually stir into creamed mixture.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Preheat oven to 375°.
Drop cookies by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheets. Bake for 6-8 minutes.
Let cool on sheets for 2-4 minutes before removing to wire racks.
