Ingredients:  
1 loaf (16 oz) of cinnamon bread, cut into cubes
6 eggs, beaten
3 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla extract
powered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread cubes into a greased 3-qt. shallow baking dish. Mix eggs, milk and vanilla, then pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour or overnight.

Uncover. Bake at 350º for 45-50 minutes or until golden. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve plain or as you would French toast.
