1-2 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 clove of garlie - minced
3 bags of baby spinach - washed and dried

Directions:
Directions:
Pour 1 or 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet. Sauté 2 cloves of garlic until soft and starting to brown. Add spinach and sauté spinach until wilted. (This starts out as a lot of spinach before it wilts, so you may have to just add it 1 package at a time.) Salt, Pepper, and serve hot.

Spinach is one of my staples—the boxed frozen type. If you buy fresh spinach, be sure and wash it REALLY well and dry in a salad spinner or in paper towels.
