2 lbs chicken breast w/out skin
4 tablespoons margarine or butter
1 packet taco seasoning (I like Lawry's or McMillan)
1 large onion (I like white)
2 cans chicken broth
2 cans cream of chicken
1 or 2 cans Rotel tomatoes (I usually use only one)
8 oz of shredded cheese (I use the "Mexican" Kraft kind)
1 can of Mexican corn
1 bag tortilla chips

Cut chicken into bite sized pieces.  Sauté the chicken, chopped onion, seasoning, and margarine until brown.
In a large pot, combine chicken mixture, chicken broth, cream of chicken, tomatoes, corn and 1/2 pkg of grated cheese.  Simmer until heated thru.
Serve over crushed tortilla chips and top with more grated cheese.
