1 cup margarine
2 cups packed brown sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
6 quarts popped popcorn, can use more
1 t salt
1/2 t baking soda
1 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in sugar, syrup and salt. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Boil without stirring for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in soda and vanilla. Gradually, pour over popcorn and mix well. Turn into 2 large, shallow baking pans. Bake in preheated 250º pan for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. Break apart.
