5 cups cooked white rice
3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 pound cooked hamburger (optional)
1/2 cup chopped carrot
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Cook garlic, onion and meat in 1 T oil and 2 T of butter for 3 minutes in an electric fry pan.
Add celery and carrots, Cook until almost tender.
Add green onion and green peppers, Cook 2 minutes.
Add cooked rice, and cook until rice is hot. Sprinkle with Accent salt. Add enough soy sauce until rice looks light brown in color.
