2 pkg (10 oz) frozen spinach
4 oz can mushrooms
1/2 can tomato paste
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 clove minced garlic
2 tbsp butter or shortening
1/2 cup flour
1/8 tsp nutmeg
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach to package instructions, mix other ingredients, then stir into spinach.
Simmer for 15 minutes.

Arrange in baking dish, sprinkle with 1/8 cup Parmesan cheese
Bake 350 for 30 mins
