1 lb cooked & peeled shrimp, fresh or frozen
3/4 cup roasted dry breadcrumbs
1/4 cup chopped green onions and tops
1/4 cup chopped parsley
3/4 tsp crushed tarragon
1/4 tsp crushed garlic
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
dash pepper
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw frozen shrimp. Combine crumbs, onion, parsley and seasonings.
Add butter and sherry, mixing thoroughly.
Combine crumb mixture and shrimp, toss lightly
Place about 2/3 cup shrimp mixture in 6 well greased individual shells or 6 oz custard cups.
Bake at 400 for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
