2 env unflavored gelatin
1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 1/2 cup milk
1 pkg (12 oz) semi-sweet chocolate morsels
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together gelatin, sugar and salt in a 2 1/2 qt saucepan, stir in milk and chocolate morsels. Place over medium heat, stir constantly, until gelatin is dissolved, and chocolate melted.
Beat with rotary beater until chocolate is blended.
Stir in vanilla, chill until slightly thick.
Fold in whipped cream.
Serve in individual parfait glasses
