1 lemon
12 sage leaves
1/2 cup parsley
3 tablespoons EVOO
1 teaspoon salt
6 bay leaves
4 tablespoons butter
1 turkey breast

3 tablespoons flour
1/4 cup apple cider

Heat oven to 450.
Oil roasting pan. Mince onion, zest lemon, and process. Add sage, parsley, EVOO, 1 teaspoon salt, set aside Melt butter and add 2 bay leaves p, heat until bubbling. Set aside. Create a pocket under turkey skin. Season with salt and pepper, spread herb paste under skin. Transfer to roasting pan. Place 2 bay leaves under breast. Baste with bay leaf butter.

Decrease temperature to 350º, continue to baste with butter. Roasting time depends on size, check time on turkey label. Cook until internal temp reaches 170º.
