2 lg. cans tomato sauce
2 lg. cans tomato puree
1 lg. can crushed tomatoes
Italian seasonings
Parmesan Cheese
salt, pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put oil in skillet. Take garlic clove and and cook slowly for a minute or so. Use 2 or 3 beef neck bones. Brown in oil.
Take large kettle. Add 2 cans tomato sauce, tomato puree, crushed tomatoes, 3 tbsp. Italian seasonings, 1 cup Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Throw in stalk of celery and cook very slowly for 3 hours. Stir it will stick. Cool- remove meat, garlic, clove, celery stalk. Cool. Freeze.
