2 cups flour
3/4 cups packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup shortening
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour milk (1 1/2 tsp vinegar and 1/2 cup milk. Let sit 5 minutes)
2 very ripe bananas

Frosting:
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup melted oleo
1 - 8 oz package cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and beat 2 minutes. Place in a greased 15 x 10 pan. Bake at 350º for 30 - 35 minutes. When cool frost with cream cheese frosting.

For Frosting: Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth. Frost the cooled bars.
