1 clove of garlic
2 tablespoons of butter
2 lbs. of hamburger
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 large can tomato sauce
1 - 8 oz. or 9 oz. package of noodles
1/2 pint sour cream
1 small cream cheese
1 small onion, chopped

Saute butter in hamburger and onion.
Add garlic, salt, sugar, and tomato sauce
Cook slowly for 15 minutes, if hamburger meat is unusually liquid, pour off part of grease before adding tomato sauce.
Boil Noodles
Make a sauce without cooking of sour cream and cream cheese.
In buttered casserole dish make layers of meat, noodles, and cheese sauce. Usually 2 lays each.
Top layer should be meat.
Bake at 350 until heated through.
Do not over cook.
Usually makes 1 large and 1 small casserole
