1 cup apricot spreadable fruit
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp finely chopped onion
4 tsp cider vinegar
1 tsp ground mustard
6 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1 tbsp melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients; transfer 1/2 cup to a serving bowl and set aside. Dip chicken in remaining apricot mixture. Place in a sprayed 13 x 9 pan. Sprinkle almonds over chicken, and drizzle with butter. Bake uncovered at 350º for 30 - 35 minutes. Serve with reserved sauce.
