1 c chopped onion
1 T vegetable oil
1 c salsa
1 10 oz. package of frozen spinach
2 1/2 c shredded jack cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c sliced olives
1c pecans- chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, saute onions, stir in vegetable oil, add salsa and spinach. Cook 2 minutes. Transfer into baking dish. Stir in both cheeses, olives and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake 30 minutes at 375º Serve with round sourdough bread.
