1 8oz. jar of marinated artichoke hearts, drained
3/4 c mushroom pieces
2 cloves of garlic
1 c grated Parmesan cheese
1 c grated Romano cheese
1 1/2 c seasoned bread crumbs
2 eggs
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place in blender: artichokes with liquid, mushrooms and garlic. Blend 15 seconds. Mix cheeses, 1 cup of breadcrumbs, eggs and seasonings. Combine and form into small balls. Roll in remaining breadcrumbs. Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 375º for 20 minutes.
