1 cup all-purpose flour
2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c butter, cut up
2 T. milk
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Pulse first 4 ingredients in a food processor until blended.
Shape dough into 2 (4 inch) logs. Wrap in plastic wrap and place in airtight container. Chill 8 hours.
Cut dough into 1/4 inch thick slices and place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Brush with milk.
Bake at 350º for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
