2 Lbs scallops- fresh -or frozen and thawed
½ cup dry white wine
2 tsps fresh lemon juice
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
½ cup lite cream
½ cup bread crumbs
2 tbs butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450. Wash scallops and drain and pat dry. Place in a layer in a well greased 9x13 glass casserole. Mix all ingredients except bread crumbs and cream in a bowl and pour over scallops, then pour cream over all. Sprinkle with the bread crumbs and dot with butter. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes- then run under the broiler very briefly to brown the bread crumbs. Serve with rice or over pasta.
